JM Burger

2 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 onion diced
¼ cup catsup
¼ cup chicken broth
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. yellow mustard
1 ½ tsp. horseradish
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Mix all the ingredients together and brown in a skillet. Serve on split hamburger buns with condiments on the side.

YIELD: 8 servings
